Career & Privileges
From beginners to specialists — work on the best shipbuilding and industrial projects in Europe.
Why Join Us
Work on iconic European projects — with a team that supports you properly
We place skilled tradespeople on projects that matter — cruise ships, naval vessels, offshore platforms, and large-scale industrial sites. Our workers are not sourced by a recruiter with no context; they are selected by Ravil — someone who has done the same work at Meyer Werft, Naval Group, and Lürssen.
That means you are assessed fairly, placed on appropriate projects, supported throughout, and paid what the work is worth.
Negotiated individually. Transparent structure — you know exactly what you earn.
All your certs, permits and clearances handled before you travel. No surprises at the gate.
We can arrange lodging near the site — one less thing to coordinate.
Transport to and from site arranged as needed.
Safety equipment supplied — you arrive ready to work, nothing to source yourself.
Work at leading European yards — Meyer Werft, Naval Group, Lürssen and more.
